About San Miguel Photo Lab
We're a mail-order custom B&W photo lab serving both amateur and professional
photographers coast to coast and internationally since 1989. Over 3,000 studios,
professional photographers, photographic artists, and photo enthusiasts in all 50 states have sent us thier work.
In fact, we have received orders from every continent on the globe, including Antarctica. And, yes, our customer
down there tells us it is as cold as it looks in his pictures.
Some of our original customers from 1989 are still with us today. We offer superb B&W photofinishing services at reasonable
rates, and we are sure that you will find our quality is the best in the
business.
Our services include B&W film processing, contact sheets, B&W film scanning for soft-proofs, and custom hand-printed B&W
enlargements from negatives crafted by master printer Lee Dubois.
We are confident that once you
try our lab you will never want to use another. Whether you are shooting
a high-society wedding or your pet dog--if you are shooting B&W film, we are the lab

Most of our customers deal with us doorstep-to-doorstep by UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Mail; but we
are always thrilled to have customers visit "the shop" in person. If you are going to be in our
area call or email us to schedule a tour. We are located about 20 miles
south of Las Vegas, New Mexico. If you are coming from Santa Fe
exit I-25 at Romeroville just before you reach Las Vegas. That's exit number 339. Then take US 84 southbound for about 15
miles. Just before you reach mile marker 88 look for us on the left (east side of highway).
You'll see our logo and "SMPL" on the entry. If you reach mile marker 88 you just missed us.
